Smoked Pork Chop Sandwich w/Grilled Onions/Sweet Peppers and American Mustard

4-4 oz. Center Cut Pork Chops (Smoked)

1 Large Sweet Yellow Onion (Grilled)

1 Sweet Red Bell Pepper (Roasted)

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper

Double Fiber Wheat Burger Buns

1 Teaspoon Pickled Tomato Relish (Each Sandwich)

1/2 Teaspoon American Mustard (Spread lightly on each bun)

Trim half of the fat from the perimeter. Rinse your chops in cool water and pat dry. Season pork chops with salt and white pepper. Preheat barbeque grill to 360 degrees. Season onions and peppers with S&P to taste. Place sliced onions and whole Peppers on grill. Cook onions for 4-6 minutes. Remove onions from grill. Allow bell peppers to cook for 8-10 minutes or until charred. Grill pork chops for 5-6 minutes on each side. This will depend on the thickness of your chops. Chops will be perfect in 10-12 minutes. Remove the charred skin from bell peppers and slice. Dress up your chops and serve.
