Grilled Corn 'Off-Da-Cobb' W/Bayou Butter & Rouge River Blue Cheese

10 Ears of Corn (W/Shuck)

1/2 Stick of Unsalted Butter or Butter Substitute

Panch of Salt

3/4 Tablespoons Granulated Garlic or Garlic Powder

Panch of Cayenne Pepper

Pinch of Filo or Ground Sassafras

4 Tablespoons of Rouge River Blue Cheese (Shredded) it's American cheese

Fire up your Grill; Soak your ears of corn in cool water while your grill is coming up to temperature. It should take about ten minutes. When your coals turn grey; place corn on the grill. Cover and cook for 8-11 minutes. This will depend on the size of the ears of corn. While the ears are cooking soften the butter in a microwave for 20-25 seconds. Remove; add salt, Garlic, Pepper and Filo. Stir ingredients together until fully incorporated. When your corn is done; peel back the husk. Brush the Bayou butter evenly over each ear of corn with a small brush. Sprinkle lightly with Shredded Rouge River Blue Cheese.
