Fried Green Mata's With Red Bell Pepper Mush

Ingredients

2 Large Green Tomatoes (not Red)

1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour

1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt

Cracked Black Pepper 4 Turns

1/4 Cup Corn Meal

2 Tablespoons Grape Seed Oil (Coat Pan)

Instructions

Slice Tomatoes into 1/2 inch slices. Season tomatoes with salt and pepper to taste. In a bowl mix flour, corn meal, salt and pepper. Add oil to skillet. Heat your skillet to medium. Dredge tomatoes in dry mixture. Wait until oil comes up to temperature. Place Mata's in oil. Cook Mata's for 2 1/2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
