When I bake my fish, I usually cook it for around 30 minutes, because I don’t like undercooked fish, but when I take it out, it taste like rubber, is that long enough to cook it or too long?

Pam from Montomery

Pam; 30 minutes is far too… long to cook fish. Depending on the type of fish you are cooking, its size, thickness, weight, cooking method and temperature will all determine your cook time. For example, if you are pan-Searing two 8 oz. Salmon Fillets; they should cook for 3 ½ - 4 minutes on each side on medium heat. They will be perfect!
